Thanks to your feedback and our commitment to making your time with us as smooth and impactful as possible, we've made a small schedule change.

Convention will now take place 8-11 November 2025 (instead of 8-12 November). We’ve packed the same high-quality education, inspiration, and networking into a more condensed, high-impact schedule—so you get all the value with less time away from home. The outline schedule below (subject to change) will be updated with more details by 25 August 2025.

Our refined, four-day event footprint offers the same rich content and connection opportunities in a more accessible format.

IMPORTANT

All educational content and concurrent session times have been realigned to take place between the Opening and Closing Plenary Sessions, running from 8-10 November (Saturday through mid-day Monday). This updated format offers 2.5 days of education while preserving all dedicated session time and NCPD credits.

The House of Delegates will take place over 1.5 days, from 10-11 November (late-day Monday through Tuesday evening). This remains a synchronous event, and all delegates (in-person and virtual) must be available during the posted times in order to participate and cast their votes in real-time. Note for House of Delegates: To ensure quorum for the duration of the business meeting, and to allow you to take part in evening festivities, we encourage delegates to plan flight departures for Wednesday, 12 November.

Note for presenters: All presenters will be contacted shortly to highlight your new presentation timing and dates. This year’s newly designed program is meant to keep the energy high from start to finish. By scheduling concurrent sessions between the Opening and Closing Plenary Sessions, from Saturday through mid-day Monday, we’ve eliminated downtime, so every hour is purposeful. This focused 2.5-day format makes the most of our time together, delivering the same rich content and NCPD credits in a streamlined, momentum-filled flow.

Note for Exhibitors: Load-in and load-out schedules remain unchanged; however, daily expo hall opening and closing times may be adjusted slightly. Please be aware of the note above regarding Saturday's marathon which takes place during load-in.
