MEET THE CANDIDATES

Hello, my name is Traci Endres, and I am honored to be a candidate for Regional Coordinator of the North America Region Four. Since joining the organization in 2022, I have been actively involved in my chapter. I currently serve as Governance Chair for the Omega Gamma Chapter, where I have had the privilege of connecting with various members and developing a deeper understanding of the Sigma Theta Tau organization. I have always been passionate about nursing. With over twenty-five years of experience in nursing, my career has encompassed various roles, including unit manager, disease management, care coordination, clinical and compliance consulting, and auditing. I am known for my initiative, leadership, and dedication, which I believe are essential for this role. My approach is to always lead with empathy, practice emotional intelligence, and embrace transformational leadership.

If elected, my primary goals are to enhance engagement among Region Four members and increase visibility and recognition throughout the organization. I am specifically focused on ensuring the region is represented at all events to reach current and future members, to encourage growth within the organization, and to provide education on the benefits of membership.
