• Creating Healthy Work Environments fees include official programmed events and access to the exhibitors from 20-22 March 2026.
• The student discount applies only to full-time students. Student identification or proof of enrollment will be requested when you check in at on-site registration.
• The retired discount applies to those who are no longer employed.
• Nonmembers of Sigma may register for the event at nonmember rates. Inactive members who renew their membership can register at the discounted member rate. If you have questions regarding your membership, please contact memserv@sigmanursing.org.
• The member rate applies only to active Sigma members who paid membership dues for the 2025-2026 year.
• To qualify for the discounted rates, full payment must be received by the applicable registration deadline.
• When completing your registration form, the name you put in the system will be exactly how your name badge will be printed (first/given name and last/family name[s]). Please carefully review this information. Sigma guarantees that any changes requested by the standard registration deadline will be made.
• Credentials will not be listed on the name badges due to space limitations.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email or letter) before 1 March 2026. If you are unable to attend, you may make a one-time substitution to another individual at no additional charge.

All cancellations are subject to an administrative cancellation fee, regardless of the date the cancellation is received. These fees are necessary to offset non-recoverable costs incurred by Sigma in advance of the event, and are tiered as follows:

• US $100 for a High-Income Country
• US $75 for a Middle-Income Country
• US $50 for a Low-Income Country

For prepaid registrations, any approved refund will be issued minus the applicable administrative cancellation fee. For registrations that have not been prepaid, cancellation of a registration will result in an invoice for the administrative fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after 1 March 2026.

If you need a letter confirming your event registration to help facilitate your efforts in obtaining a visa, we can provide a confirmation letter once you have registered for Creating Healthy Work Environments and the payment has been processed.

Your request will be processed within 10 business days. Requests for confirmation letters must be submitted by Wednesday, 25 February 2026. Requests for mailed letters will be reviewed, and additional fees will apply.

The confirmation letter does not guarantee that you will receive a visa. Confirmation letters state only the event title, the dates, the location, the payment confirmation of registration fees, and that you are a presenter if applicable.

If you are denied a visa, we will provide you with a full registration refund as long as we are notified by Wednesday, 25 February 2026. No refunds will be issued past this date. Attendees are advised to apply for a visa as early as possible.
