From inspiring sessions to those meaningful in-between conversations, it was energizing to see so many passionate professionals come together with one shared goal: building better, healthier workplaces for nurses everywhere.

This year’s theme, Healthcare Culture Reimagined: Strategies for Transformation, had us exploring bold ideas and evidence-based strategies that fuel real, transformative change in the workplace.

As you’re reflecting on all you learned, don’t forget to complete your Nursing Continuing Professional Development (NCPD) evaluations by 11:59 p.m. (2359) EDT on Thursday, 30 April 2026. (Tip: add sessions to your schedule in the Sigma Nursing Events app before submitting your evaluations.)
