Here's how you qualify for membership:

  • Be a registered nurse, legally recognized to practice in your country.
  • Hold a minimum of a baccalaureate degree, or the equivalent in any field.

Demonstrate achievement in one of the following nursing categories:

  • Scholarship

Students in graduate programs who are registered nurses, legally recognized to practice in their country and have a minimum of a baccalaureate degree or the equivalent in any field, shall be eligible to be considered as a Nurse Leader at any point in the program.


*Achievements shall occur after the basic or initial nursing program completion (first degree in nursing). For example, student evidence-based practice projects do not meet the criteria if completed as part of the initial nursing degree.
