Applications for the Nurse Empowerment Program are open now through 23 May 2023.

As nurses, we understand that patient care is of utmost importance. While it’s vital to stay up to date on the latest trends and evidence, it’s also important to grow our personal development skills. Developing these skills help us prepare for difficult situations, collaborate with our peers, and ultimately advocate for change in the workplace.

At Sigma, we believe you can be a leader at any stage of your career, regardless if you’re in a formal leadership role or not. Sigma, through support from Johnson & Johnson Foundation, is offering a virtual training program to help make this growth possible. We are looking for frontline registered nurses to take up to 9 LinkedIn Learning leadership and management skills courses.

Participants will also receive complimentary nursing and healthcare focused content from Sigma (online courses and/or e-books) to accompany the LinkedIn Learning courses. Some of this content will be eligible for nursing continuing professional development (NCPD) contact hours. Participants are eligible to receive up to 17.6 NCPD contact hours for completing the content.  (Note: The LinkedIn Learning courses will not be eligible for NCPD credit.)
