Application for Clinical Employers
The Global Nursing Leadership Competency Framework can be used by clinical employers to measure their employees' strengths and weaknesses as nurse leaders and determine which competencies should be improved. The below graphics demonstrate the path employers can take to apply the framework, in both clinical settings with and without a clinical ladder.
