PRINT PROGRAM ADVERTISING

Promote your products, programs, or services; pay tribute to a nursing colleague or leader; or advertise employment opportunities to global nurse leaders attending congress by placing a full-color advertisement in the conference program provided onsite in print. Ad art must be submitted on or before 13 May 2026 in electronic format only (PDF 4-color [CMYK]) to megan@sigmanursing.org.

Note: When recognizing recipients of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing awards in congress advertising, please use the official shorter naming reference, “Sigma.”

ONLINE BANNER ADVERTISING

Banner advertising is available on the congress home page (US $550/month). Space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and files must be submitted to megan@sigmanursing.org at least 2 weeks in advance of desired placement. All website ads are rotating, with a guaranteed minimum 25% placement using the following specifications: 728 x 90 px (desktop)/300 x 250 px (mobile).

MOBILE APP BANNER AD: US $450

The 2026 congress mobile app will feature complete program details, live updates, links to important presentation information, speaker bios, and more. Attendees may access the app via their smartphone or tablet. Your mobile app ad will show on the home screen for the duration of the conference (unless otherwise agreed upon). Please use these specifications when submitting your banner ad:

• Artwork specs: 444 x 306px
• URL: please provide specific external URL for when clicked

You may link the ad to an outside URL starting with http:// or https://. Please submit ad using specs stated above on or before 1 June 2026.

MAILING OR EMAIL ADDRESS LIST

You may request a one-time-only mailing or email address list of registered pre- or post-congress attendees for US $550*. The signed list rental agreement must be completed and returned before release of list. The pre-congress list will be available approximately six weeks before the event, and the post-congress list will be available approximately two weeks following congress.

2026 SIGMA CONGRESS RULES AND REGULATIONS

Please read the following information carefully.

Your completion of an online application to sponsor conveys your acceptance of and willingness to abide by these provisions as outlined.

Exhibit Hours and Staffing: Tabletop displays will be located in a high-traffic area and will be available for viewing during breaks and throughout congress. (Note: This is not a secured space. Please see “Security/Liability” section below.) Displays must remain in place and be staffed during all designated exhibit viewing times shown on the schedule.

Acceptance of Applications: Space is limited. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Only applications paid in full by the 10 June 2026 deadline will be assigned space. Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Inc. (Sigma) reserves the right to decline any or all exhibitor applications at its sole discretion.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be given with written notice of cancellation received on or before 1 June 2026. Sigma, its agents and employees will not be liable for exhibitor’s failure to exhibit. In the event it becomes necessary to relocate, reformat and/or revise dates for the 2026 International Nursing Research Congress for any reason, all exhibitor and/or sponsorship payment obligations contained in this agreement shall be retained unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. In the event it becomes necessary to cancel said event, payments will be applied to the following event or refunded as requested.

Exhibitor Registration: Each tabletop purchase includes a complementary exhibitor registration. Additional exhibit staff passes may be purchased at on-site registration for US $450 each per day.

Equipment/Electricity/Internet/Shipping/Deliveries: Exhibitors will be provided with a six-foot by 30-inch skirted table and two chairs. Information will be provided approximately three months prior to the event.

Security/Liability: Neither Sigma nor the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel accepts any liability for equipment, goods, displays, or other materials that arrive or fail to arrive at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. The exhibitor shall maintain insurance sufficient to cover any claims or liabilities that may reasonably arise from or relate to your obligations according to this prospectus and will provide such proof of insurance upon request. Exhibitors shall indemnify and hold harmless the Hyatt Regency Seattle and its servicing agents from all liability (damage or accident) that might ensue from any cause resulting from or connected with transportation, placing, removal, or display of exhibits. The exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, defend, indemnify, and hold the Hyatt Regency Seattle and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents harmless against all claims, losses, or damages to persons or property, governmental charges, or fines and attorney’s fees arising from or caused by its installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of the exhibition premises or a part thereof, excluding any such liability caused by the sole gross negligence of the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel and its employees and agents. Neither party will be liable for punitive damages.
