Will my progress be saved?
If you are in the middle of a program, your progress will be partially saved. For example, if you are working on a program and have completed 2 of the 7 courses, then the completed courses within that program will be saved. However, if you are in the middle of a course and you are unable to complete the course, then your progress on that course will be lost. After we transition to the new LMS, you will need to start that course over.
What do I do if I can't complete my course by 14 March?
If you are unable to complete your course by 14 March, you will still have access to all incomplete and non-started courses in your new My Courses dashboard; however, you will need to restart the course. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to the education department: education@sigmanursing.org.
Will I receive additional time to complete my course or program?
Sigma understands the transition time can cause some delays in your course completion or loss of course progress. If needed, we will offer you additional time to complete your course.
Will my transcript of completed courses and certificates be moved to the new LMS?
Yes, your course history and earned certificates will be easily accessible from your new My Courses dashboard.
How do I access my new LMS dashboard?
You will continue to access your account through the Sigma homepage, Sigma Marketplace, or from My Membership. Your username and password will stay the same. Links from these sites to your new My Courses dashboard will be updated at the time of transition. If you’ve saved your account as a bookmark or favorite, you will need to replace it with the new link at that time.
