Joanne Fillweber is the Senior Manager of Corporate Contributions in the Corporate Contributions Department at Johnson & Johnson. She is responsible for implementation & strategic direction of philanthropic leadership & management programs that contribute to building health care capacity globally. Joanne has responsibility for management of workforce development programs in New Jersey that address health care worker shortage and prepare students for health care careers. Joanne began her Johnson & Johnson career in 1982, and has held several managerial positions in the area of Human Resources responsible for Benefits, Employee Relations, Affirmative Action, Recruitment, Human Resources Training and Benchmarking. In January 2002, she joined the Corporate Contributions Group. She holds an A.A. Psychology from Middlesex County College and a B.S. Management, Rutgers University. Joanne serves on Advisory Boards for several Johnson & Johnson philanthropic programs, is a member of the National Association of Community Health Centers’ Leadership Development Institutes Steering Committee, and is President of the Washington Estates Homeowners Association.
