They will also learn to apply a resilience framework to disaster preparedness. Participants will be guided through several steps including practical strategies for self-awareness, peer and team support and scenario-based decision-making. The session will conclude with an interactive activity that supports participants in developing a personal resilience plan to promote wellbeing, professional effectiveness, and sustained readiness before a disaster.
