Via the request form below, you may invite:

• Another member of the Sigma Board of Directors

Lead Time and Scheduling

• To ensure thoughtful consideration and adequate preparation, Sigma requests a minimum of 60 days’ lead time for all engagement requests. 
• The executive services staff team will respond within 3-4 business days regarding availability and next steps.
