The Experienced Nurse Faculty Leadership Academy (ENFLA) is committed to making a lasting impact. Each Scholar, Mentor, and Faculty triad work diligently throughout the program to plan, initiate, and direct a variety of projects. Not only do these projects impact the participants by expanding their personal influence and confidence, but also they have a substantial impact on the supporting institutions, the profession of nursing, and global health.
